Attorney | Kali A. Jenkins was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kali attended Oklahoma City University, where she obtained an undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in philosophy. During her time as an undergrad, she presented research on international politics and volunteered at the Oklahoma Innocence Project. Kali went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University's Meinders School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Kali has been with BC Counselors since 2021, serving initially as a Law Clerk to our Partners assisting with estate planning, legal research, and business formations, and now an Associate Attorney licensed in Oklahoma.

When she is not working, Kali enjoys spending time with her son, Indy Wayne.

Attorney | Ujala Virani earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. During her time there, she served on the Immigration Law board and was voted as a class representative. Additionally, she interned for Presiding Judge Scott Rowland of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Ujala is currently licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. When Ujala is not working, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and cheering for the Dallas Mavericks.

She is also fluent in Urdu/Hindi.

Office Manager | Cassi Baker was born in Michigan but was raised in Keller, Texas and is a Texas girl at heart! She has been with BC Counselors for five years and helps with the day to day tasks of running our office. She helps make sure our clients have a great experience with our Firm. Cassi graduated from the University of Phoenix with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. On her off time Cassi can be found spending quality time with her husband, Brad, and their son, William, or with her nose buried in a good book.

Office Administrator | Rachel Nash was raised in Southlake, Texas and graduated from Grapevine Faith Christian School. She has been with BC Counselors since November of 2022. She helps with the day to day tasks of running our office and making sure our clients have a great experience with our Firm. On her off time Rachel can be found spending time with her son, Benjamin, traveling or crafting.
